Victoria will consult with the individual or family and discuss their nutritional needs and goals, including any known food allergies. Clients typically choose 1 day per week, or biweekly visit with 4 hours minimum per session. Please email for more information. 

Healthy Chef Consultant

Are you confused as to what to eat when your Doctor tells you to change your nutrition? East Bay Healthy Chef will help guide you  in a 3 Session Program on how to create a meal that is more palatable. In each sessions, we will cook together for 2. You will learn to read nutrition labels, utilizing fresh and dried herbs, and spices,  modify favorite recipes, making clear decisions when doing grocery errands, eating out or attending a party and more.  Please email for more information.
